Vacuum Emulsifying Machine mainly used in line of cosmetic care,biological medicine,food industry,paint ink,nano materials,petrochemical industry,printing and dyeing auxiliaries, paper making industry, agricultural fertilizer,plastic,rubber,power electronics and other fine chemical industry and so on,especially for matrix viscosity,solid material.
This product is mainly composed of water pot and oil pot,emulsifying stirring for the main pot with vacuum system,lifting system(optional),electric control system(PLC or Button optional),operation platform,etc.
Oil Pot And Water Pot
Function:Heating the raw material and the material can be sucked into the main pot under vacuum condition.
Pot body adopts three layer of imports of stainless steel with mirror polishing,fully compliance with GMP requirement.
The Devices On The Lid
Vacuum Meter, Sight Glass, Vacuum Port, Air Filter, Fragrance Hopper
Electronic Control System
All the production process can be controlled by the button or the import inverter
Homogenizer
Down Homogenizer.The German Technical homogenizing structure and imported double side mechanical seal,the highest speed of emulsifying machine could be 4200rpm/min and the fineness of high shear could reach 0.2-5um.(The homogenizing system could be up homogenizer,down homogenizer,inner and outer cycling homogenizer, customize as client requirement)
Lifting System
The lid can be lifted up with cylinder lifting when the production finished,which is convenient for cleaning.
The material can be discharged by the valve or to dump with the handle.
Mixing Way
The mixing system could be single mixing,double direction mixing,screwing mixing.(Optional according to requirement.)

3) Main pot--Homogenizer: 0-3000rpm variable: at the bottom of the pot

6) Lid of the main pot is lifted by electric controlled hydraulic cylinder

10) Generally the parts have contact with material adopt SUS316L, other parts SUS 304.
