filling and capping line

The PMR filling and capping line is suitable to fill liquid, dense and semi-dense products into plastic or glass jars. It can be equipped from 1 to 4 (or more) dosing groups, pneumatics or electronics. After the filling process, the containers are automatically closed through a linear or rotary capping group; the positioning of caps can be manual or with automatic loader.
The production speed varies according to the characteristics of the product and to the number of filling nozzles.
The PMR line is equipped with touch screen control panels for setting dosing and capping parameters.
